Responsibilities & Authority of Plant & Machinery Unit

• Optimum utilization of plant & machinery with scheduled allocation for different project sites.

• Maintain correct storage of plant & machinery.

• Maintaining register & records system for all plant, Maintenance of machinery and vehicles.

• Calibration of plant and machinery with respect to preventive and runtime types.

• Preparing the necessary schedule for use of machines, equipments & vehicles required for the execution of project.

• Review of planning and scheduling for the forth-coming weeks and advising the Project Manager.
